We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Specialist to manage our digital presence and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster an online community.
- Track and analyze social media performance, optimizing strategies accordingly.
Marketing & Content Creation
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality content.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and SEO efforts.
Advertising & Analytics
- Plan and manage paid social media and digital ad campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
Brand Development & Partnerships
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Identify partnership and influencer collaboration opportunities.
- Assist with event marketing and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media advertising and SEO best practices.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better performance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and photography.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
