About The Role

We are looking for a Paid Media and SEO manager to join our Growth Marketing Team. The Paid Digital Specialist will be responsible for executing full-funnel campaigns that will drive quality traffic and support e-commerce, retail, and service initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and key performance metrics. This includes proactively researching and identifying opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns across all paid ads platforms. In this role, you will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and delivering measurable growth by leveraging strategic insights and data-driven decisions. This ideal candidate would be highly analytical, forward-thinking, and driven by detail. Responsibilities

  • Manage SEM, SEO and other digital strategies alongside our content marketing team
  • Execute paid media campaigns across all digital media channels.
  • Manage multiple campaigns with a focus on achieving ROI Goals
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance within digital ad platforms
  • Utilize platform pixels to set up campaign tracking, reporting, and building audiences
  • Ensure that audiences, assets, and tracking elements are in place for campaigns
  • Report on campaign performance and adjust the strategy as needed to improve continuously
  • Monitor web analytics dashboards and ensure results align with business goals, marketing plans, and overall brand strategy
  • Analyze, review and implement changes to website on Shopify for Search Engine Optimization
  • Be eager and willing to learn all facets of the business
  • Be an integral part of the AspenClean Team

Requirements

  • Google Ads Experience
  • Meta Ads Experience
  • 4+ years of PPC/SEM experience with proven knowledge of ad creation, campaign setup, and keyword research
  • Experience working with Google Ads Editor/ Microsoft Editor
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO, HTML, and Google Analytics
  • Platform certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in the wellness, nutrition, or better-for-you product space is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
